Jim Platt

With over 40 years experience in the real estate profession, Jim takes a personal interest in everyone he helps often staying in touch decades after the sale has closed. Originally from Florida, Jim and his wife Debra have been owners in the Okanogan Highland for over 29 years and have yet to find a place that fits their needs better for investment, recreation, or retirement than the Okanogan Highlands.

Jim has a keen understanding of how the location and features of the land will affect your home or structure. Like a doctor, he listens to what you want a piece of land to do for you and delivers his diagnoses matching you to your dream property. The reward for his success shows in the number of return customers and the referral he garners. Jim is familiar with the Okanogan community on a commercial and personal level and strives to deliver high quality service and guidance to buyers and sellers of real estate throughout the process and create a win-win situation for all parties.

As the president of The Real Estate Company of America, Inc for over thirty years, Jim has mentored a number of real estate agents over the years instilling in them the same level of service and integrity that are hallmarks of his experience, expertise and attention to detail.
