The Okanogan Highlands offers four beautiful seasons, spring flowers, lots of summer activities, fall colors that are breathtaking, and a winter wonderland second to none.
With the Cascade Mountain Range as the westerly border, the Rockies to the east and the Canadian Rockies to the north, Okanogan County has some of the most awesome views you could imagine. The peace and tranquility, year-round activity and over 2,500,000 acres of the Okanogan National Forest and State Forest Lands make this a destination location. But only a small fraction is available for private ownership.
Whether it is remote land, vacation property or acreage for a ranch or vineyard we have it!
Click on the Land for Sale button to see a small fraction of the properties we offer for sale. If you have a particular type of property in mind, click on How to buy land. This helps us focus and key in on what you are looking for.

You couldn't have asked for a nicer or more honest and helpful individual than Jim has been to us. And his descriptions of the property were as accurate as could be. We found it to be absolutely beautiful with great mountain views and meadows...just what we wanted.

If you made it to the meeting held last Saturday, June 27th, then you know it lasted barely 5 minutes and no business was conducted.
According to the SROA board they are deciding whether or not another meeting will be scheduled on or before July 31st or if they will wait until next year. |
Enjoy year-round activities... |
