Seldom will you find a property in the mountains that has great southern exposure and a view to die for. There was a forest fire that came through this area a few years ago. The fire opened up your views and let the sun in and left enough large trees to build your own log home. You will never have to worry about fire wood for many years. I doubt if you will ever be able to find a property that is quieter than Parcel 11N as you control a view most would die for of Mt Annie to the north and the Rockies to the east. This has to be one of my all-time favorite properties.
